A consistently productive apricot variety. Large, orange fruit with firm, sweet flesh. Slightly tart, old-time apricot flavor. Early harvest, 2 - 3 weeks before Wenatchee Moorpark. Originated at Prosser, WA, introduced in 1989. 500 chilling hours or less. Partly self-fruitful, largest crops if pollenized by another apricot. USDA Zones 4-9.
