The Rainbow  Delicious Apple is a second-generation variety in the Red Delicious family. Unlike fully red apples, it has vibrant red stripes over a yellow background. This apple, one of my favorites, develops a soft, crisp texture when fully ripe, with fragrant orange-yellow flesh that is truly delicious!
